STEP 2

MAKE PAYMENT


After submission of the
exhibition application form,
100% of the total booth cost plus
utility fees must be send via bank
transfer to the account listed
below. The final deadline is
7 May 2024

COMPLETE ALL FORMS


Submit all exhibitors forms, such
as Badge Order Form, Fascia
Board Name Order Form and
Official Directory Order Form
and utilities form

BOOTH CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES

  • Exhibitors must submit a construction layout plan and receive approval from the Asia ITX before beginning booth construction.

  • A separate utilities application must be submitted when using any electricity other than the 2 fluorescent lamps included in each booth. This application will be made available at [Exhibitor Forms and Manuals]

ALLOCATION OF BOOTHS

  • Booth location is assigned on a first-come first-serve basis, by order of registration.

  • Exhibitors will receive a PDF map of the floor plan before booth locations are confirmed.
